I played my first Touhou game today: Perfect Cherry Blossom. Have I mentioned that I don't play many shooters? Because I don't. I sure picked an awesome game to start out with! :B

Less than two days until Anime Evolution, yay~ I'll probably be taking the train there, but it's expensive. :( 8.75 for one-way? Pfffff. I hate you, Translink. Maybe this time I'll actually be able to look in the dealer's room. >> I think the 3-day passes or badges or whatever the hell they call them cost more this year too. :( I'm anticipating a long line, but at least I won't get lost on the way there this year. :<

Today I went to Chapters and bought Shonen Jump shut up finished off that gift card . :> I've still got another one to use up, too~ Oh Air Miles. Why are you so useful. I'll have to get my own card one of these days.

I have so many books I haven't finished reading yet. I have to stop reading manga and get on that before the fall semester starts. D:

About...two weeks ago, there was a cat on our roof that was just kind of chillin' and staring at me through my bedroom window. We still don't know how he managed to get up there. He was cute and kept meowing at me :3 I was really tempted to let him inside since it was cold out and I wasn't sure if he could get down, but I don't know how to take the screen off my window. :(

Apparently he managed to get down somehow, because two days later he was sitting on our porch! He constantly walked on and jumped off our fence over and over again. I have absolutely no idea why.

I haven't seen him around lately though. He didn't have a collar or anything, so I hope he's okay.

Star Ocean 2 keeps distracting me from my homework. Sob. D:

Not much to report, other that the fact that I got pretty much all the courses I wanted for next semester. <333 I think this is the second time that's ever happened.

I've been getting late notifications or sometimes non-existent notifications since yesterday. ...It's very difficult to RP without notifs. DDD:

Gregory Horror Show looks like an awesome game and I wish I could play it. :( I have to admit, it's kind of rare that the PAL region got this game whereas the NTSC-U (or whatever you want to call it) region didn't. :o

In other news, I'm feeling much better! Hooray! In all honesty, this is the best I've felt in a while. I guess the iron really did help! :D Sure, needles terrify me even more now, but hey! SUCH IS LIFE. IT GOES ON.

The past couple of weeks have not been good. At all. DD:

Long story short: my ankle swelled up a BUNCH and basically rendered me immobile enough to miss three weeks of classes! The kicker is that this has happened before, but with the OTHER ankle and it wasn't nearly as bad. Gwugh. I had an ultrasound because they thought it might be a blood clot (it wasn't, and they scared me half to death by giving me a false alarm about needing to go to the emergency room right now). Also, I got to hear my own blood! ...Awesome? I'm getting an x-ray done too, eventually.

At least I can walk now!

And I feel really embarrassed about being a huge wuss regarding getting an IV. DX I never want to do that ever again! If the anemia isn't gone after this I WILL BE CRUSHED.
